Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a lovely vacation at the resort, enjoying a beautiful beach and diverse dining options. Our room was spacious and mostly clean, but we did encounter some Wi-Fi issues. The service was friendly, though there were instances of inconsistency that could be improved. Overall, it was a great value for a family getaway, just a few areas that could enhance the experience.
The resort is stunning with beautiful gardens and a great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. However, the dining options could use some variety, and the check-in process was a bit confusing. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, but the expensiveness of certain services was a downside.
This beautiful hotel boasts stunning beaches, fantastic food, and attentive staff who go out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. However, some guests may have varied experiences with butler service. Overall, it's a great value for money, especially with the variety of dining options and the vibrant pool scene.
I had a wonderful week at this resort! The Level Lobby check-in was a bit slow, but the staff made up for it with kindness and celebration for my birthday. The location is close to the beach, and I enjoyed fantastic meals at multiple restaurants. However, the Italian dining experience was a slight letdown, and the breakfast became repetitive after several days. Overall, a great stay with amazing amenities and service, but room for improvement in dining variety.
My stay at The Level at Melia was somewhat frustrating. While the grounds were beautiful and the drinks plentiful, the service was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a guest. Despite the elegant atmosphere, the dining options were limited and the room we received was far from ideal. I expected better considering the price we paid.
